  • Castillos de España (Castles of Spain) is a two-volume collection of short works for solo guitar. The first book was written in 1970, and the second in 1978.1
  • As indicated by the work’s title, Castillos de España offers musical portrayals of many of the country’s historic castles. Moreno Torroba was dedicated to celebrating Spanish heritage through his music, with Castillos de España as a prime example.2
