- Renié’s Trio in B-flat Major for Harp (or piano), Violin, and Cello was likely written in 1901. The piece consists of four movements:
- Allegro risoluto
- Scherzo. Vivace scherzando con spirito
- Andante
- Final. Allegro
- Renié dedicated the trio to Charles Lenepveu, one of her professors at the Paris Conservatory.1
- At the time, the harp was primarily used as part of an orchestra, with very few chamber pieces written for the instrument.
