- Work for piano in three movements:
- Allegro moderato
- Andante cantabile
- Allegretto
- Written in 1783, when Mozart was 27 years old while the composer’s popularity was on the rise in Vienna.
- Piano Sonata No. 10 was published in 1784, along with two other piano sonatas (K. 331 and K. 332).1
- Listen for the folk-song-like tune in the third movement, not unlike something you might hear Papageno sing in The Magic Flute.2
