  • Impressions is a three-movement work for cello and piano written in 1926:
    1. Cortège (Procession)
    2. Nuit calme (Calm Night)
    3. En Espagne (In Spain)
  • The work is dedicated to cellist Gérard Hekking, who was principal cellist of the Concertgebouw Orchestra from 1903-1914 (a position previously held by Bosmans’s father).1
