  • Anna Bon di Venezia’s Six Sonatas for Harpsichord (or piano) were written while the composer was serving as “chamber music virtuoso” at the court of Princess Wilhelmine of Prussia (older sister of Frederick the Great) in Bayreuth.1
  • This set of six sonatas is one of only three collections by Bon that have been published.2
