- Colonial Dance is a short piece for orchestra (date of composition unknown). The dance is written in triple meter and utilizes a Scotch snap rhythmic technique.1
- Colonial Dance is one of many pieces by Price that was only recently discovered in an abandoned house outside of Chicago and subsequently published. The discovery has (happily) prompted a resurgence of interest in the composer’s music.2
