Guitar Sonata No. 3

Composer: PONCE, Manuel
  • Ponce composed this sonata in 1927, and it was published in 1928.1

“I am in the full revision of your works. Sonata III is ready … It is all very beautiful and it is a work of importance for the guitar, the player and the public. I thank you once more wholeheartedly.”

Segovia to Ponce, Thorens, Switzerland, July 20, 19284
